Description
Oxyspora is a genus of flowering plants belonging to the family Melastomataceae . It comprises 16 species described and of these, only 5 accepted. The genus was described by Augustin Pyramus de Candolle and published in Prodromus Systematis Naturalis Regni Vegetabilis 3: 123. 1828.
