Description
Gomphrena holosericea is an amaranth plant species first described by Carl Friedrich Philipp von Martius, and was given its current name by Horace Bénédict Alfred Moquin-Tandon. Gomphrena holosericea was included in the Gomphrena genus and the Amaranthaceae family.
