

Berberis wilsoniae is a species of flowering plant in the family Berberidaceae, native to China. It is a deciduous shrub that can grow up to 5 feet (1.5 meters) tall and 6 feet (1.8 meters) wide. The plant has spiny stems and glossy green leaves that turn reddish-purple in the fall. It produces small, yellow flowers in the spring, followed by dark blue berries in the summer.
