Description

Betonica betoniciflora is a plant from the genus of Betonien ( Betonica ) within the family of Labiatae (Lamiaceae).Betonica betoniciflora is a perennial herbaceous plant with a height of 75 to 100 cm.It forms an underground,knotted rhizome as a survival organ.The erect,coarse stalk is covered at the base with backward-directed dense long limbs,scattered upwards to the hairy ( Indument ).The leaves are arranged in a basic rosette and are distributed on the stem.The leaves are narrow-oval,with an oblique spread base and rounded teeth,with a length of 13 to 15 centimeters and a width of 4 to 5 centimeters.The upper stems are 5 to 6 centimeters long,2 to 3 centimeters wide,sawn at the edge,the upper stems are lanceolate,undivided,on the upper side with scattered short hair on the underside with long hair on the veins,The lower leaves are short stalked.The upper stem leaves are sitting.
