Description

Hibbertia avonensis is a shrub in the Dilleniaceae family that is native to Western Australia. The shrub blooms around September and produces yellow flowers. The species has a scattered distribution through the southern Wheatbelt and small parts of the South West and Great Southern region of Western Australia between Cunderdin in the north, Manjimup in the south, Wandering in the west and Pingrup in the east where it is found on sandy plains.
