Description
Rebutia steinmannii grows sprouting with spherical to short cylindrical bodies and forms groups. The bodies reach diameters of 1 to 3.5 centimeters growth heights of up to 2 centimeters and more. You have a turnip root. The 8 to 10 ribs are arranged spirally and divided into low cusps. The oval areoles on it are brownish to whitish. A middle spine is missing. The 8 to 13 marginal spines are yellowish white. They are needlelike, thin, pliable, spreading or spreading, often interwoven and 3 to 10 millimeters long.
