Description
Pilosocereus aurisetus ( Werderm. ) Byles & GDRowley , is a botanical species of plants in the family of the Cactaceae . It is a shrub cactus , densely branched from the base, reaches up to 90 cm in height with stemsof 6 cm in diameter and 10 to 17 ribs. The 17 to 25 spines are translucent from white to golden yellow. The 5-9 central spines are ascending to extended from 0.8 to 2.5 centimeters (rarely to 3 centimeters) long.
