Description
Cleistocactus samaipatanus is a species of flowering plant in the cactus family Cactaceae, native to Bolivia. Growing to 1.5 m 4.9 ft tall, it has multiple long, narrow columnar green stems with pale gold spines. It grows vigorously with large, pinky-red flowers in summer.
