Description
Begonia albococcinea is a plant species of the family Begoniaceae . This begonia comes from India ( Karnataka , Kerala , Tamil Nadu ). The species is part of the Reichenheimia section ; it was described in 1845 by the British botanist William Jackson Hooker (1785-1865) and the specific epithet , albococcinea , means "white and red", with reference to two-colored flowers
