Description

The inflorescences shaped pins grouped, lax, up to 20 cm long, with peduncles up to 3.5 cm long, puberulous with bracts solitary, ovate to elliptic, apex and acute base, purple-red, red-brown when dry ; Sepals 5, equal, lanceolate, bilabial corolla, pilose, white, upper lip 2-lobed, lower 3-lobed. Claviform fruits, 30-35 mm long, glabrous.
